Which elevator manufacturers in China should you approach for your next project? The answer depends on what you need to buy—and what your own team can handle after the equipment arrives. A contractor buying lifts for an apartment building and an elevator company sourcing equipment for local installation may need very different suppliers.
The ten manufacturers below appear in the 2025 China Top 10 Elevator Manufacturers list, released at Beijing’s “Asian Architecture and Elevators” forum. Economic Daily’s coverage identifies the organizers as 亚洲建设传媒 and ELEVATOR Media.
This is the Chinese manufacturers category, separate from the global manufacturers list. The companies below are presented alphabetically by English brand name, without a first-to-tenth ranking.
(This list covers domestic Chinese elevator manufacturers only; international brandsare not included.)
| Manufacturer | What to know |
|---|---|
| BLT / Shenyang Yuanda Intelligent Industry Group | BLT’s project portfolio includes railway infrastructure. Its 2025 awards announcement highlights the China–Laos Railway, giving buyers a specific transport application to investigate. |
| CANNY | CANNY’s business covers complete elevators, core components, installation and maintenance. Buyers can examine both its equipment offering and the service scope available for their market. |
| Dongnan Elevator | Alongside conventional lifts, Dongnan offers special-purpose and customized elevators—a useful starting point when a project falls outside a standard building application. |
| Guangri Elevator | Guangri combines elevators, escalators and moving walks with retrofit and modernization services. Its published portfolio covers both new equipment and work on existing installations. |
| IFE Elevators | IFE offers building elevators and public transport escalators. Its range includes hospital and freight elevators, allowing buyers to explore different transport needs within one project. |
| LINVOL | Part of Midea Building Technologies, LINVOL emphasizes digital elevator systems. Buyers considering connected building functions should ask which features are included in the proposed configuration. |
| SELOON / Shenlong Elevator | SELOON manufactures elevators, escalators, moving walks and components. Its business spans design and production through installation and service. |
| Sicher Elevator | Sicher covers new elevators, maintenance and modernization. Its product range includes passenger, hospital, home and freight applications. |

For an apartment or hotel project, send the shaft drawings before settling on a passenger elevator model. Ask the supplier to show the proposed car, door opening, pit and overhead requirements on a layout your project team can review. Resolve any building changes before approving production.
A warehouse enquiry needs a different conversation. What actually enters the lift: pallets, trolleys, a forklift, or goods loaded by hand? When comparing freight elevators, describe the loading method and include the dimensions and weight of anything that travels with the goods. A capacity figure alone leaves too much unanswered.
Location matters, too. If the installation is near the coast, exposed to weather or in a hot machinery space, describe those conditions in the enquiry. Ask the manufacturer to identify its proposed environmental provisions and operating limits in writing.
For an elevator company buying equipment to install and maintain locally, look beyond the cabin finish. Request a sample installation manual, wiring diagram, spare-parts list and explanation of the commissioning support available. Your technicians should be able to review the documentation before you commit.
When one quotation is cheaper, find out what accounts for the difference. Check the proposed components, finishes, packing, freight terms and installation scope. Ask each supplier to state exclusions clearly.
Treat delivery dates with the same care. Does the quoted lead time begin with the deposit, approved drawings or final component selection? Separate production time from shipping and site installation so the project schedule reflects the actual supply arrangement.
Finally, agree on support after handover. Identify who handles technical questions, who supplies replacement parts and who carries out local maintenance. Put those responsibilities in the order alongside the equipment specification.
SURAPID was included in the China Top 10 Elevator Manufacturers lists for three consecutive years, from 2023 to 2025. Its 2024 announcement confirmed a second consecutive appearance; the published 2025 list includes Zhejiang SURAPID Elevator.
For overseas elevator companies and contractors, that record offers additional background when considering the brand. The practical next step is to review a proposal against the project itself.
Have drawings ready? Send SURAPID your project details, including the destination, building use and installation scope, to discuss equipment options and request a quotation.
